Hotel Grand Jasna

Very good location

The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The room was very clean. The location was great for ski-in, ski-out. Our room was on floor 4 (there are only 4 floors). There was only 1 elevator that serviced the 4th floor. The other floors had access to 2 elevators. We had to wait quite a long time in the mornings to get the elevator to the ground floor... then take another elevator to the lower level where the ski storage room was located. It appeared that unlike all the other floors, 4th floor had not been renovated. It needs it!! The carpet was obviously quite old and just plain dreary. New, or additional pillows are needed as well... they were extremely flat. The breakfast and dinner were sufficient, but I've definitely had better at other ski hotels. This hotel has the potential be really fantastic. Had it not been for the staff and the cleanliness, we would have been very disappointed.

The spa facilities are superb and provide a wonderful way to relax after a hard days skiing. The hotel is well thought out, plenty of storage space in the bedrooms, great heated lockers in the boot room, excellent kids entertainment and a fab location with easy ski in/out access. Life outside the hotel is almost non existent so not suitable for people looking for a lively apres scene or night life.

(+) Location near the ski slope. Nice wellness. The food was divers, very tasty, with many options. (-) Parking place not taken care up.

new hotel but maitenance in room is poor. not enogh pace for 4* hotel located well, but far away from any shopp or public sevices. we will not choose this hotel again

Good but not excellent

Rooms not particularly large but nice enough, shame no kettle in room. Breakfast so-so quality wise, Jasna nice but becoming over-built.

Excellent Value; next to the ski lift

Excellent location for skiing. One minute from the slopes. Food at the hotel is excellent. Our room was extremely noisy; maybe the elevator or ventilation system.

Lovely hotel right by the ski slopes

Everything was perfect with our stay. Clean modern rooms with shower only but that suited me. Helpful staff who arranged ski passes and a ski hire shop on the premises. The a la carte food was very good. Only concern was that it seems quite expensive compared to other hotels in the area

Great location

Well positioned hotel, great rooms, wifi only on higher floors which was a problem in our initial room, but hotel staff did move us the next day to a suitable room. Suggest bed and breakfast option but order a la carte dinner for a better selection. Staff ver y helpful.. Outdoor spa good after a days skiing.
