Honestly for the price it was good my kids enjoyed it only problem was beds were kind of small but other than that no issues. Breakfast they provide is good considering Covid

Choose Hilton next time

The bed a huge sink hole in it, spills on carpet, toilet seat dirty. I regret not refusing the room then. First thing the next morning I requested a different room for the 2nd night. Was told there were none available. I was told to remove our things from the room and check back later in the day to see if another room came available. We returned at 6:00 pm and were told there were still no rooms available. I requested a refund but was told I could not have one for the second night because we did not check out on time. I was never told I needed to check out, just to remove our things from our room. A manager was called but was still told I could not have a refund and that all the other hotels in the area were full as well. I found a new room online at Hilton just a few miles away. I will not stay with Marriott again.

The worst stay ever

Our whole wrestling team got sick off of undercooked sausage in their breakfast. There was blood and cheezits on the sheets under our blanket and after my handicapped sister got so sick that she couldnt accompany us to the tournament they put her out in the parking lot and called the police on her. The managet told me and i quote, "i dont care whatis wrong with her, check out is at noon.

Bathroom needs deep clean

Large room and comfortable beds. Bathroom was worn with grout that had some spots of mold and years of grime. Rest of room was clean and comfortable.

Horrible manager Christy

Fire alarm went off at 11pm. Woke my 2 year old up. He didn’t go back to sleep til 5am. When I asked if the hotel could help in anyway. The manager Christy told me it wasn’t there fault and there was nothing they could do. I told her I paid to sleep and This inconvenience made it so I couldn’t. She didn’t even offer and late check out. I told her I would dispute the charge and she said go a head it happens all the time. We are use to it. I called my credit card company and they said this is unacceptable as I was basically vacated from my room. They credited back my card and advised never to stay there again. Don’t stay here! Christy is the worst hotel manager I’ve ever come across and I stay in a lot of hotels due to work.

Natalia made our stay a great one.

From beginning to end the trip was great! Natalia, checked us in and could not have been more accommodating. I told Natalia that my husband and I stay at the Marriott whenever we're in town. She then asked for our rewards number....this was the first time in 4 years that we had been asked that question. Luckily, we are now members, just disappointed that it took four years for someone to ask.

The rooms were unique, and larger in size. But you could hear the room next to you and kids running down the hall. Not very quiet night of sleep. I did like the location and how it was close to the river walk and the lights.

This was a very clean hotel. Alarm went off in lobby the whole time we were there. Breakfast ends at 9. Very friendly staff and very clean and safe hotel.
