The Nines, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Portland

AC didn’t go below 70 and couldn’t open or crack a window.

Very nice hotel. Very clean rooms and a nice workout facility. Would stay again.

When I got there , they asked me to add 53 dollars for vallet parking or I have to drive two blocks and park in the city parking and walk back with all my luggages. Also, when I tried to get a cup of coffee for breakfast they said they will charge it to my room . Rip off

Amazing hotel and great, distanced service. I felt safe here in terms of cleanliness. A good place to stay if you need to get away from the wildfire smoke, too, the air in my room wasn't smoky at all. Beautiful room, great food. A much-needed reprieve from COVID and fires. I will definitely be back.

It is always great to stay at The Nines. Their customer service is excellent, even during a pandemic.

Very nice hotel but the unstable political and social environment of Portland ruins the experience. Nice city but terrible leadership. Unless you need to be there it’s probably better to stay away.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great location and fantastic ambience!

It was very lovely. My boyfriend and I went here for an overnight getaway and as soon as we walked in we were taken aback by how elegant the room looked. Everything looked clean and the staff were very helpful. Even after going down there three times requesting items. Couldn’t hear outside noise from the hallway in our room felt private stayed on the 11th floor. I was thankful it was built in a square because I kept getting lost going to the elevator. We made a reservation to have dinner and drinks on the rooftop, the food and drinks were delicious. I especially loved that because of having to have a reservation there were only two other couples up there. We Will stay here again.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The food and both restaurants are great.
