Comfort Inn Pomona near Fairplex

Negative=Located in questionable area. Long walk from car to room. No temp control in room. Lights came on automatically when you get out of bed waking up your partner. Good if you're handicapped, bad if you're not. 4am party next door. Had to go to front desk to complain, change temp in room...1wash cloth for two people both days. Charged double for my stay. Had to call to get refund. Positive=Room spacious, bed comfortable, staff friendly and took care of partiers after complaint.

Very smoky smell inside, and stairs on one side were completely locked so you could not exit the building on that side, which is a MAJOR fire hazard.

Very bad Was told the front doors get locked at 9:00 and if not in by 12:00 than will not be allowed in.

The water in the shower does NOT get hot!! We stayed here a few months ago and had the same issue with the water. We thought it would be fixed by now. For some reason, wash cloths are hard to come by. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable. We will not stay here again.

Our stay was very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Really missed the continental breakfast.

Didn’t like the fact that there was no breakfast not even grab and go as other motel have but we pay full price plus vending machines were out of service remote for the Tv was not covered with Sleeve for safety as other motels have But staff was friendly

Property was nice,parking lot had a lot of lighting.

The room was clean af it was fresh af I even got cold. Good looking out w the plancha cuz my homies pants were wrinkled af. Good location w the cvs next to it to grab snacks. Mad af cuz the free breakfast wasn’t available. Put bigger TVs thanx

I lived in La Verne for over 7 yrs and never knew this hotel was in Pomona. I had some work and this was very close and convenient. The room was great and the service very nice

I stayed there for a little over 2 weeks while relocating to California until my things arrived and it was a pleasant stay. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The noise level was sometimes high depending on my neighbor but after a certain time they would turn down. The staff at the reception was nice and professional. My only concern when I stayed there were a couple of very sketchy guest. An incident might have happened because after a certain time the front door was locked and you had to show your room key to come in but the management did what they could to make us feel safe.
