High life

Clean, very big room, modern, central, excellent breakfast in the room. A West-Eropean news channel on the television (which had three remote controls) would have topped it. I couldn't make the capsule coffee machine work properly either, but I guess it's me.

Amazing apartment. Just like a home, so much better than a hotel. More relaxing. Breakfast was a choice of 20 options and delivered to our room's kitchen table. There was a kitchen to cook if so desired and even an in room sauna. Air conditioned and top level room had swing out dormer windows to allow cool air in. Welcome fruit and treats and a bottle a champagne. All one could wish for. SO enjoyable!

Exceptional stay. Great property, optimal cost/benefit ratio. But what is really worth mentioning with the highest praise is the staff's kindeness and availability--in particular simply great receptionist Dominika! Just figure that my flight from Prague (whose arrival's already inconvenient schedule was supposed to be at 11:45pm) got furtherly delayed, and we got in at...2am. Well, no problem for this amazing reception: Everybody waited, including driver sent to pick me up at the airport, and Dominika herself (whose shift is generally--I later learned--at 10pm!). Simply one of the best hospitality experience ever.

BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE TO DATE!

Honestly the best Hotel experience to-date. Everything, down to every detail, was flawless. I do not know where to begin. This is more close to a 6☆ accommodation as the hotel has a complete concierge service. Parking, breakfast, massage services, requests....etc everything is tailored and customized to whatever you desire. In addition, the staff clearly enjoy what they do and naturally they are so happy to accommodate any request that it just makes you feel welcomed and excited to stay there. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone...there is certainly nothing like it anywhere else!

Probably the best stay in Kosice!

This would rank amongst the best aparthotels that I have stayed in and is probably the best place to stay in Kosice. Incredible amenities for the price. The 2-bed deluxe apartment would be highly recommended. Very spacious and includes amenities such as a private sauna, bathtub with power jets. etc. The rooms are very spacious. Breakfast is charged additionally but is a great value. The front desk staff are very helpful and it is evident that they really love what they are doing. Overall, this beats any of the brandname hotels in town hands down. Looking forward to staying here again!

This was the nicest place where I stayed on my Czech Republic and Slovakia trip. I had an apartment, not a hotel room. Clean. Everything worked. Quiet. Breakfast made for me to order and excellent. Helpful staff.
