Amazing hotel in all aspects!

The staff here are absolutely wonderful!! Especially Budi who made so much effort to make my birthday special with a cake & singing & a video!!! Also loved the hotel, so clean! The pool and swim up bar was amazing & great location so close to the beach for walks!

Fantastic hotel

We had a great stay, really nice rooms, very charming pool and garden areas. Very quiet hotel, which we loved.

Amazing services. Kids club available. The area is of an impressive views. The only aspect to worry about is that the area happens to have more mosquitoes and insects comparing to other areas in Bali. So be prepared to spray more frequently

The beach was clean and very good. The staff was helpful and pleasing. Pitfalls: not many local tours available through the hotel. Although there is a concierge service but the options were a bit limited and that too by private taxi only. Breakfast options were largely same during our 8 days stay in the hotel. I suppose for a 5 star hotel that should not be a problem to cater the needs of international tourist. The hotel massage and spa facility was very expensive! As soon as you walk out of the hotel there are good massage facilities for less than half the price compared to the hotel. Also the drinks, cocktails and food at the hotel is very pricy which you get much cheaper outside the hotel! But a good place to spend the time on the tranquil beach! However the hotel could arrange some water sports for its customers!

Jimbaran Bay is a small paradise within Bali and a 20 min drive from the airport! The intercontinental did not disappoint! The pools, the ocean view, the service, the restaurant and the maintenance is paradise! I highly recommend it! My only complaint was how humid it was in the room and the AC didn’t seem to work super well, and therefore made the room smell damp. The room was very clean and comfortable! Despite that I would highly recommend to anyone starting or ending their vacation! We ended our trip there!

Doesn’t live up to 5 star reputation

Really unsure as to why so many people rave about this Otel. It’s very old and run down, in areas very dirty, and the streets sourrunding it have nothing on offer for when you leave the hotel. There are so many other hotels in bali to stay for less cost that are more luxurious. Biggest pet peeve was the complimentary water bottles are all glass. Children cant open them as they need a bottle opener, and they aren’t safe to use at the pool as the glass can break and cut someone.

Everything was good, beautiful hotel with nice private beach. Bali is beautiful. Hotel should not deal with taxi service they assigned us, driver took us for a ride thru traffic instead of using main roads..to get $10 per hour for each extra hour.

Excellent service & super friendly

Excellent service. Staff took care of us well - book our dinner ahead of time, proactively provided no of beds based on the no of guests. Hotel site is superbly kept in pristine condition.

The property is very tired and needs an update. The location is on the beach but removed from any shopping and no shuttle bus provided.
