חוויה מדהימה .מלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד. הכל מושלם חוץ מזה שביציאה רצו תוספת של 51$ ליום (255$) על שירות של זמן אויר. ווי פיי וסתם על מתקנים שלא השתמשנו. פשוט גזל. צריכים להודיע כשמזמינים חדר שיש עלות נוספת על החדר אחרי תוספת המיסים.

Encore Hotel is an excellent property with perhaps the best rooms in Las Vegas. Super clean and well maintained with comfortable beds and large sitting areas. The checkin service is not so good. The checkin line was excruciatingly slow (no self service kiosks like other hotels are adding) the still use paper sign in forms (not sure why in 2019) and while I paid more for a strip room view the desk agent said I had Mountain View and told me I would want strip view since the noise from the club goes until “4,5 or even 6am”. While the room was great the WiFi was sloooooow and yes, it is one of the amenities included in the $42 daily resort fee. Not sure what else is included but nothing worthy of the charge but almost all of the hotels have it. It is a challenge to manage a giant hotel like Encore but a little investment in the guest experience would make this a great hotel versus very good one.
