Check in was easy and fast. Staff was pleasant. Hotel clean and well kept; rooms comfortable.

Perfect Stay, Exceptional Staff

It was our first time in this hotel, we had a great experience, friendly front desk staff, they allowed us to check in earlier. My husband and I liked the location near to shopping centers, restaurants, UNC W Campus. The hotel is pretty new, our room and bathroom were clean, bed was very comfortable. It was a good value.

Check in personnel was not freindly. I was kept waiting even though there was no one in the lobby and she was not working on anything. Horrible personality and obvious lack of drive.

Love the location. Close to everything and only about 5 miles to the beach. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. Really good hotel. Only negative was: Did see a few Stains on the floor but it was hardly noticeable.

Appropriate distancing. The not unpleasant smell of disinfectant was noticeable. Room in really good shape.

It was very clean and not to far from everything.

The front desk was very helpful. The room generally clean except for some stains on end tables. Bathroom was very clean. Bag breakfast less than desirable, but understandable given Covid measures.

My husband and I were on our 1st wedding anniversary and the comfort, cleanliness of our stay was so impressive we will be returning soon. Thank You for hospitality and great service.
