Amazing hotel, cozy, laundry room is free!

Overnight stay in a king bdrm kitchenette on the property. It was very clean and the room was in excellent condition (like new). Wifi was excellent and parking was free and onsite. Bed was very comfortable and bedding and room was clean and sanitized. I used the fitness center and it was small, but spotless. They also offered a grab and go warm breakfast that you could pick up and take back to your room. Staff wore masks and gloves to prevent the spread of covid. Hand sanitizing stations in the lobby. I would stay there again!

Initial check in was okay. Arrived to the room and found I was placed on the 3rd floor next to stairs after I requested not to be near an exit or stairs. Opened the door and saw a roach. Didn’t think anything of it because it’s an extended stay...last night in the city I return to the room and the kitchen area is full of roaches. Disgusted and upset, I called the front desk who placed me in another room that was much cleaner. Still upset, I checked out at 4:30am instead of the time I had actually planned to leave. How disappointing to go there to surprise my daughter and grandson for Christmas!

We had a problem at check in. Straybridge Suites did not have a record of our reservation as Hotels.com did not send our booking information to them. I had to then check my credit card account to see if my card had been charged. After confirming that it had I then had to call Hotels.com to get reservation communicated so that check in could be completed. This caused a delay of around 1 hour. .

Loved everything about this Beautiful Location I wanted to surprise my Husband with a Spontaneous Romantic Getaway and I must say Staybridge sealed the deal he was blown away will definitely be returning and can’t leave out the Amazing Staff

Very large pond in front of the hotel, cost extra for lake view. Nice, clean rooms. Ive stayed here twice in a month for work and both stays were nice. Breakfast: 1 out of 5 stars.
