Not Quite

Not bad, but not strong in the details. Room keys had to be re-keyed every day which is annoying when you have gone up to the 4th floor to have to return to the lobby. Desk staff was not very attentive or overly friendly. Not many towels in the room and one was stained. Parking is not great, especially for larger vehicles. Showing signs of age. Just not quite worth the money.

Super friendly.

Every staff member, no matter where in the hotel was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and everything was clean. The beds were comfortable.

The hotel was quite accommodating, but some overnight guests across the hall were in and out of their rooms talking and slamming doors late into the night. Also, I heard every car drive up to register.

The room looked shabby. There was a lampshade that was torn. There was mold around the shower/tub area in the bathroom. Neither the hair dryer nor the socket worked. When I called about it, the person who answered the phone said to reset. I pushed the reset button, nothing. She said, "I'll be right there". After 20 minutes I gave up. We did not have maid service the 2nd day we were there. There was a sign posted to the effect if we needed housekeeping services to let the desk know by 2:00 p.m. Does this mean no daily service? The breakfast was sufficient. The front desk was less than friendly. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

Mediocre

lock on door didn't work correctly.. bathroom had hair in various places.. toilet was lowest unit in the universe.. bed was comfortable.. breakfast was fair with no fresh fruit of any kind. Ample parking. Pool and Hot tub were closed for repairs but they didn't indicate until we arrived. Staff were very cordial. I would not stay here again as there are many other available options in the area.

Upon arrival after driving 9 hours, my 4 kids were disappointed that the pool was not working.

Unfortunately not worth the miney

Arrived late in night, with a trailer and an suv with no easy accommodations to park, only a parking garage. There was a bank around the corner that we were told to park in. Given keys to a room which we tried 3 times and then they remembered the door was broken. Given a a different room, an upgrade (a suite). Finally got in to room, pull out couch was super uncomfortable. The bathroom sparse but okay. The gentlemen at the desk was on his phone when he was trying to check us in a fix door issue. He was not able to give much help when we asked where to park and if the lot was secure. Breakfast was good. Probably would not waste my money here again

Great location but poor accommodations

We were not expecting much but the place is overall run down. Peeling wall paper. Exhaust fans not working in bathrooms. Beds sinking. Sofa stained. Toilet kept running till we jiggled handle. Ok for one night but couldn't wait to leave.
