Westbourne Hotel and Spa

Location is good it is near the beach and near rhe town centre.. however as it is self parking quite expensive for a day and overnight parking.. Hotel is quite dusty. Bathroom is outside the room. it ‘s seems that it is not worth it for the amount I have paid

Paintwork and decor not in good condition.

Says to check in before 7pm got there at 6.15pm no one on reception rang the bell 3-4 times called the guy (who can't tell the time) to let me in. Room is OK, nice TV. However I think you can get better hotels/guesthouses for your money.

I'm glad to do this review. Perhaps you would like to issue us a refund as, according to our booking and hotel website, breakfast should have been included! On arrival we were told no breakfast is provided. Wr would not have booked this if we had known. The 2 receptionists we dealt with (only staff there,?) were very pleasant and helpful (new tv arrived next day). Bedrooms modern and clean But overall hotel, or better described as guesthouse, was shabby and a first impressions are not good. As said, thank goodness for the receptionists as otherwise not a very enjoyable stay. Great location though.

This hotel was perfect for our short break, 10 minutes walk to town centre. Staff was very friendly. Although when we booked this hotel they did offer breakfast but this option is not available, we was refunded our money for this option straight away.

Helpful cheerful staff. Extremely clean room and very comfy bed.

Looked nothing like the pictures on the site unfortunately and was a lot smaller, not much ventilation in the room so it felt really stuffy. The walls were super thin and the days we stayed there, there were arguments, crying and fights late into the night, with people running around on the floor above us and on the same The hotel looked warn and out dated but was convenient for the time we were there. On the whole I’m quite disappointed with the stay as I spent a l lot of money including parking to stay in a sub par hotel with poor conditions. Way too for the hassle of staying there with the little sleep that me and my colleague got. Not impressed and poor value for money. I would personally like to my money back for a poor experience, I wouldn’t stay here again I’m sorry to say

Good location. Lovely staff. Very basic - - Grossly overpriced for a small single room with shared bathroom and no breakfast. The shower door broken so couldn’t use 1 day. Sink in room blocked and remained so even after cleaner had cleaned the room.
