Staybridge Suites Rochester University

We have stayed at this property MANY times! We have always been impressed with the staff until our check out on Sunday 10/11/2020 at 12 Noon. We were treated rudely and made to feel uncomfortable! Too bad

It's in a very quiet area and our room had a view of the river.

Love the location right along the river and a short walking distance from the University of Rochester campus. Also impressed with the hotel staff. It’s the second time I stayed at the hotel, and both times, the staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful.

Rooms are clean, smell fresh and you can open windows. All staff wearing masks. Breakfast has healthy choices. Be careful at night, not in best neighborhood and a man approached me about money as I got out of my car. At night park close to entrance.

Great location! Loved our two bedroom suite. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic property with terrific staff, clean and spacious rooms, and walkable neighborhood right on the river.

I am glad we picked this hotel. Facilities were clean and the room was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and they had excellent grab and go options for breakfast. I am very satisfied with this experience. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean well appointed rooms. Good customer service.

I booked this hotel for 4 people and they gave me a room with a single bed. I asked the front desk person to change my room and I was told that he was unable to do anything because I booked thru a third party. In addition, the rug was super dirty and the hallway had a really bad smell. I arrived to this hotel at 1am and at that time I had to book a different hotel and left.
