Pelham Court Hotel

Fabulous place, felt like I was living in Newport not close to a stuffy hotel. Definitely recommend and will be back

Jay and his team are all about customer service and satisfaction! They're professional, courteous and make you feel at home. The suites are very roomy with a full kitchen, living room and fireplace! The location is great as it's only steps from downtown Newport. And they're dog friendly! I highly recommend this place!

Everything was absolutely fantastic from checking in to check out. We loved this place and will return in the future.

Disappointed in the accommodations and definitely not worth the price we paid. 1. Location was great 2. Bed was NOT queen size, as advertised but a full size instead. 3. We were literally locked IN our room for over an hour as the electronic lock broke and we had to wait for a repair man to drill out the locks and put a conventional one the door. 4. There is nobody on premise in the evening/night. If you have an issue to have to wait for someone to come back to work. 5. Garbage truck woke us up 2 out of the 4 nights. 6. Windows did not lock shut adding to the noise issue. If the weather were colder this would have been the end of our stay. Like is said - a disappointment and not worth the $$$. No one even tried to give us any compensation for the lock out. Wouldn’t recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pelham. The staff was friendly and professional. Even though it is located close to Thames Street (great location), the hotel is very quiet. The Pelham offers free parking and we were allowed to park there before our 3p check-in so we could walk around Newport. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Pelhan.

Great stay! Perfectly clean and we felt safe even during covid times. Staff kept us up to date with information by text which was very convenient. Extremely comfortable bed and very spacious room

Great location and lots of space. Very quiet and helpful staff even during COVID pandemic. They did contact free check in and out which was nice. I will definitely return if I’m in the area again.

Beautiful room with a cozy fireplace. Walking distance to the main street with shops and restaurants. Free breakfast, parking and very dog friendly. Plus excellent staff...Shannon was very helpful!

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating!
