Staff was amazing and extremely friendly. Always willing to help to make your stay perfect. Grounds were beautiful and the beach club was perfect as locals are not allowed in the area which keeps the crowds away.

Privilege Aluxes was AMAZING. I got teary eyed packing to go home because I loved everything about Isla Mujeres, including the resort. The beach location was perfect, the room was beautiful, the view was beautiful, room service was amazing, the restaurants were great,the service was perfect. Jose the bellman/concierge and Rolando from housekeeping stood out, they were very kind, friendly and great at their jobs. Everything about my stay was perfect. I wish I could have stayed longer, I’m definitely going back!

Property is very clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly. We purchased all-inclusive and it was very limiting. The breakfast was great and lunch at the pool bar was great. The food at dinners was not good. The decking around the pool is a dark brown wood and was extremely hot. So hot that another guest near us had second degree burn on his foot from stepping barefoot on it.

Antonio and the his beach crew always take care of us. Raul and Diana at breakfast always take care of us. The pool crew Samual, Alex & Chicken Little take care of us. Thanks to Antonio. Rosanna at the spa is amazing as well. We only come back due to the treatment we receive from these employees, they always go above and beyond! Antonio, Misael, Dani, Nemo, Alex, Raul, Diana, Rosanna, Jorge, Jose in front lobby and Jesus.

Checked into our room with “garden view” and it was a cemetery view. Also, the room was filled with bugs (like a gnat without wings). I demanded a new room after being told they have nothing for 5 minutes, we got put into a suite for the night. Upon opening the door to the suite, you smelled nothing but mold and mildew. At 9am the next day I was told to meet with the manager, where they moved us a 3rd time. This time to a room that we noticed had a leak (not sure if it was from the hot tub on patio or from rain). Also the thermostat didn’t work, so it was very hot. The buffet was very small, the private beach was small, the rooms were small. The beach bar food was hands down the best food at the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and nice, they made this place. Other than that, I won’t go back to this hotel, not worth it. The private beach, wasn’t really private, other than your chairs. The public had access to the area in front of you, got very crowded on Thursday. And if you don’t get out to the beach to claim a chair by 8am, you won’t get a seat. They have cute cabanas but you have to pay to rent them for the day.
