Grand Beach Hotel

There was no room service, the AC was hot, and the TV was not working. There was no free parking or parking at all, they only had valet and i am not willing to keep my car key with a valet. So i had to drop my car in a paid parking that was 10min away from the hotel and its was way cheaper. Other than that the beach was great. However, i would not come back or recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s a beautiful modern hotel. A room was beautiful with an amazing partial ocean view but also had the view of the intercoastal. The floor was dirty with particles sticking to our feet. The bathroom could’ve been cleaned better , Especially during Covid times.it was a bit dusty also. We called many times to the front desk for service and no one would answer the phone every day. It was my husband‘s birthday and most of the hotels will do some thing nice but this one did not. I did not like the fact that they were not enforcing masks in the lobby area or on the elevators. There were so many people trying to get on the elevator with us without masks on.We did see them disinfecting the sofas in the lobby with some sort of handheld steam machine which was nice. They need more staff because it was almost impossible to get anything from the pool bar without waiting 35 to 45 minutes for a drink or food. The pools were very nice and the area surrounding was very beautiful with many palm trees.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location felt private and secluded and the beach was beautiful. The staff was very pleasant. No room service (food), slow service at the restaurant and slow, crowded valet service were the only drawbacks.

Room had maintenance issues: broken/flickering light bulbs, noisy refrigerator, Door card key continually not working, etc. Front desk staff seemingly not interested in resolving. Housekeeping wasn't the best either. Otherwise, was a nice hotel, has real potential if they address service and maintenance issues.. It felt understaffed, especially on the busy weekend.

Service was awful. Rude beach attendant - I’ve never stayed anywhere I was treated so rudely on a beach! — most of the amenities are already on hold bc of covid, so you would assume the staff would be overly cheery and friendly to compensate and make sure people’s stay is amazing. No smiles—barely any communication at all. Stuffed us all on a small beach area like sardines until it turns out in my last days - they had the entire section next to them available too for us to spread out more the whole time and didn’t use it - Unbelievable. Pool bartender nicest staff member. Front desk and guest services were cold and unavailable mostly. Restaurant was slow and food was unimpressive. Rooms were very clean — but beware - theres construction going on on either side of the hotel so your peaceful mornings will start off with the lovely sound of a jack hammer.

Qisim did and amazing job making us happy

Hotel was nice. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. All requests were honored in a very timely fashion.
