Gratiot View Motel

It has been great so far rooms are kept fairly clean also only thing I didn’t like was that my door didn’t have the top latch thing that would close it was broken

Dirty walls and carpet

Had to stay here because my boyfriends apartment was fooled, he worked at Saginaw party store (he got fired because we had to stay outside of the midland area) never use the party store it’s dirty with crooks who run it! Hotel was pleasing though.

Dead ants in the bathroom .Burn holes in the bedding and on the chair cushions,

I did not like anything about unfortunately the bathroom had bugs flying around I’m almost positive that I seen mouse droppings on one of the tables witch was holding the ice bucket burn holes in the blankets and I’m almost positive that the the owners were in my room I will NEVER go back I would rather sleep in my car

Communication was difficult, mildo mold on ceiling in shower, found several dark curly hairs between sheets in one of the beds. Very old style building, drafty around windows and doors.

Upon arriving at three in the morning the guy at the desk who I seem to have woken up told me that he had no rooms available. And gave me a huge attitude when I got there asking me what I wanted. I told him I had a reservation which case he then checked me in. I I got to my room and didn’t expect much for what I was paying but the comforters and sheets had stains on them but I was too tired to care. Part of waking at 5:30 in the morning I was surprised to see multiple bedbugs crawling on my bed. I killed them and should have taken pictures of them but instead left them dead where they laid. The only redeeming quality is the desk man did knock on my door to wake me at my specified time of 5:30 to 5:45.

Good value for the money. Nice staff. Quiet. Does allow a pet.

Great great value. The property was a little old but my room had decent upgrades and was very clean. Hard to find a value in hotels these days and this is a winner. Rooms for comfortable updated in the pillows were very comfortable. Only Downer was the bed was very very firm and I found not very comfortable. It's also in a commercial area of town with plenty of shopping restaurants and amenities around. Very happy with stay there again also dog friendly

just needed a bed for the night. No problems if that all you need.
