Great staff. Very helpful. Location was good with a laundry just around the corner and a great gym.

No staff assistance or help with anything for Americans! Garage at night a joke. I was locked in the dark for 20 minutes trying to get out after parking car. No advice or help from staff. No help with luggage. Absolutely worst Hotel stay of our 33 days in Europe this Trip.

The room had AC, a safe and a refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable. The staff spoke English if needed, and were very helpful. We did not have their breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The neighborhood is quiet, and far from the sights most tourists want to see, but a Metro stop is only two or three blocks away. The Metro quickly gets you wherever you want to go. A supermarket is only two blocks away.

Property is well-located; near metro. Friendly and helpful staff. Key did not work properly; parking spaces too narrow. Accusation, after the fact, that we had damaged a chair. We did not damage anything. We hardly spent time in the room. Only to sleep.

Small hotel spotlessly clean, great staff and close to the centre

Property and staff were very friendly and cordial. W didn't like the fact that the A/C was not cooling the room, even though it was set at max. The staff brought a fan to the room which helped.
