Hotel was clean. Service was great. Was close to everything you needed. Close walking distance. Hotel amenities where good. Breakfast was great.

Very pleasant staff, perfect location for my work and a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Hotel is very clean, and the bed very, very comfy.

I thought it was a worthy 4 star for very little money. The bed was in the centre of the wall with side cabinets and table lamps. You expect the bathroom area to be small-ish. Shower was nice and hot. TV was good too. Dining very pleasant & very well presented. I thought the breakfast was cooked well. The walk to the promenade was simple and short. Overnight parking was straight forward enough on the street. Plenty of day time parking for very reasonable money - £8 for 24hrs. This is a worthy hotel built in a very tidy Victorian property. He kept it clean and tidy. The Bar was well presented too. I paid for the Deluxe room. Not sure what to compare it too but for the extra £10 who cares. Thank you Steve

Steve and his staff really friendly and looked after us really well. Nice hotel at reasonable rates and within walking distance of promenade/shopping areas. Enjoyed the stay and happily stay there if in Blackpool again.
