No sleep

The room was clean beds comfortable food was good, air conditioner was noisy, phone didn't work,and around 10:30 each nite everyone was sleeping good on the 3rd floor it sounded like there was a track meet up and down the hall for about 45 minutes could not call front desk phone didn't work.

Mixed Review for this hotel.

This hotel has some limitations. First, there were 4 parties waiting to check in and only one person at the desk. I decided to leave and come back later. The room was a mixed bag; nice bathroom and kitchen fixtures, carpet was shabby and dirty. TV did not work. Bed was comfy. I used me rewards on this room, but had I paid full price it would have been a disappointment.

Never again

The room was old outdated and the carpet was filthy.I forgot my I Pad in the room and no one turned it in which I’m not surprised.

Terrible. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere

My boyfriend and I decided to spend New Year’s at this Holiday Inn and we booked a room with a Jacuzzi in it. We were looking forward to a great evening. Well it started off badly because the front desk told me to my face and had me initial and sign a paper that stated they were going to put a $25 hold on my card for incidentals. So all right that’s fine I initialed and signed and assumed it would be a $25 hold just like the paper I signed said and just like they told me to my face. When I checked my account later it was actually $100 hold. When I asked them about this this morning they conveniently did not have the paperwork I signed last night and had no explanation for why they lied to us about the amount of the incidentals charge and admitted that they lied. I would not have even been so upset about this if it hadn’t been for the fact that we got a Jacuzzi room, rm 311, and the Jacuzzi did not have working hot water. So instead of sitting in the Jacuzzi enjoying our New Year’s evening, we had to run back-and-forth from the bathtub to the Jacuzzi to pour hot water into the Jacuzzi using the plastic trash bins. I did call about this and they did not offer to move us to a different room or anything. They simply said they would make a note of it and that was it. When I mentioned these issues this morning Once again they did not even apologize for their terrible room or they’re terrible service and they did not even try to make it right. Will never ever stay here again.

Just hot water...

Just off a 3 day roadtrip...needed the basics a room with a view of my vehicle and hot water and a kingsize bed...it took 3 room changes to get it right..and the final roim I had to nove tbe entire dresser sodeways just to watch TV from both the bed or the couch but once that was accomplished...it was good...no restaurant in walking distance but location was right off and right on 10...
