Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Las Cruces, an IHG Hotel

Location great. Next to it a great Mexican restaurant. Waited for 30 mins in the evening to check-in due to front desk not always to pull the reservation. Was very frustrating and tiring for family. Hope no one faces. Cable TV in my room was not working. Complimentary Breakfast is very limited and not Holiday Inn standard.

Hotel desk clerk was very kind and thoughtful. My room was super quiet and had everything I needed except tissues. Breakfast was promised from 6am to 9am but by 6:30 when I had to leave there was no breakfast or even staff.

Hotel was clean. Person at check out was nit there when I came- waited long time. Was not helpful when asked why there was a second pending charge. All other personnel helpful

Nice spacious room. Looked like the end of the cleaning was rushed. Nothing big just stuff moved to vacuum and not put back. Older, but in good condition.

Receptionist could not find reservation Internet log in was not clear Tv remote not working and no channel list Had to go down to lobby and run card through again ... had prepaid. Hotel was in a state of construction-

Due to corona most of the businesses nearby were closed. This is a convenient location for me because it was central to the travel that I had to do while I was staying there overall nice visit.

The room was clean beds comfortable food was good, air conditioner was noisy, phone didn't work,and around 10:30 each nite everyone was sleeping good on the 3rd floor it sounded like there was a track meet up and down the hall for about 45 minutes could not call front desk phone didn't work.
