The best things about this hotel are its location and its price: the location is excellent for walking to major Lyon attractions and many restaurants, and the price is very reasonable. The hotel is older but is nicely kept. We stayed in a superior room which was typically sized, very clean. The rooms are clean and comfortable; the bathrooms are recently renovated. The staff was very nice. The available breakfast had a good selection. If you don't expect much from the decor, lobby, or views, this hotel should do very well for a stay in Lyon.

The location is good. I was there for 1 night so I didnt realy care about the state of my room (wet silling) but if you think to stay for longer time I would think twice

This is a modest hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. Had a computer for guests. They left leftover breakfast pastries for guests. My room, while small, was well laid out with a nice bathroom and had tea/coffee facilties. Hotel was in an excellent location just off Place Bellecour. Staff friendly and helpful.

Comfortable room and ideal location. Front desk spoke in English (plus). We didn’t have breakfast, but it did look good. Unfortunately there was a noticeable odor in our room - sewer/mildew. After you turned the air conditioner on the smell was a bit less. I would try another place before staying there again, however it wasn’t horrible.

We stayed just one night, but met three shifts of workers. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they stored our bags while we went out and toured, then did the same thing the next day when we checked out. Very quiet and clean, comfortable bed and pillows. The location was convenient to shopping and the opera (we don’t mind walking). Price was very reasonable. We would definitely stay here again!

Small room but the rest was just lovely , clean and well insulated , the power shower was also a plus. Would go back again

Great location! A few steps from Bellecour, and walking distance from Vieux Lyon and everything else to see in the city. The staff was very welcoming and polite. The rooms are a little small, but it was very clean and comfortable.
