Enjoyed my stay ended up staying another day good sleep and relaxing just what i needed❤

My stay was wonderful i really enjoyed my check-in nice and quick nice young lady room was very nice and clean and comfortable nice studio kitchen just like if you was home😊 upon check-out had the most amazing conversation with the gm of the hotel actually made my day with that being said i will return.

Hotel was clean and room passed the eye test. A few minor problems 1. No shower gel in bulk container in shower. I get the safe the earth craze, hence to small bottles for each guest, but housekeepers will have to get used to checking the big containers if you go this route. 2. TV would not turn on. Probably the batteries in the remote, but I did not investigate further. 3. Knob to turn on shower needs WD40. An older person would not have been able to pull it up. 4. Front desk agent not properly trained. Between the guest in front of me and myself she was a perfect 2/2 in having to call an off-site manager to walk her through basic procedures relating to check in. Took about 20 minutes and my reservation was prepaid! Nice enough person, but she should not have been left alone there on a Friday night

The hotel seems to be doing some updates, but there is still a lot of work to do. The carpet seemed pretty worn, paint chipping, and dirt smudges on some of the walls and doors, oh, and a cockroach in the cabinet. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean, some of the tiles were loose.

Property was not clean. Service was poor and not professional. Will not stay there every.

Although the website says they have breakfast, they do not.

The room was not very clean (primarily around the edges of the floor - both carpeted and tiled floors), and had multiple large, poorly patched areas on the walls. Also, we requested a roll-away bed but the hotel only has one and it was already in use. My son ended up sleeping on a mattress topper we had with us, on top of extra blankets we put down on the floor. To be fair, this request wasn't made at the time of booking, and was needed because we had an additional person travel with us. However, I was surprised/disappointed that they only have one bed for the entire hotel. On the positive side, the desk staff was welcoming. helpful, and friendly.

Lobby looked unkempt but room was clean and comfortable. Nice staff

The room came with a stove, oven, microwave, and full fridge/freezer combo and stocked with pots/pans and silverware so that was very nice for my 4 day stay.
