Ginosi Arizona Hotel

Good service, cheap rooms but bathroom had clear smell of mildew. Included breakfast quite nice, croissant selection in particular was very appreciated

The room urgently needs to be updated! Unbelievably the AC was not working. Their website and Hotels website have the information that the whole facility and all tooms have AC but it’s not true! I inquired The frondesk lady about the issue but she told me “the AC broke yerterday and they were working on the issue” but it wasn’t true at all! I’ve seen many “portable fans” in the hotel, in my room had one with dust on it, it was there for a long time. If they have informed they don’t have AC in the room, I haven’t booked any room wiht them! The breakfast is very poor and the the room had a bad smell and it was so hot! Terrible experience!

Hotel very close to local transport. Few minutes walk from the Tram stop. The breakfast was quite good. Sadly The Aircondition did not work throughout but the hotel still went ahead to sell rooms to clients.

In average it was good regards it’s price. It was very simple than 3 stars hotel.

Air Conditioning not work. Check in 2 am (mid night) wake up 3 am (mid night) what’s up. Sleep not well very bad. No window no a/c never recommend. But they charge full rate.

the hotel is located in nice area, the breakfast was ok, but the walls of the rooms were too thin i guess, because the people in the next room can be heard when they talk, it's a clean hotel though, i stayed in a single bed room, the room cleanliness was ok, but the rooms are placed too tight, so the next room voices can be heard loudly

It is a nice hotel to stay for business or vacation, it takes 30 min to get to the centre.the personnel is extremely polite, the breakfast is ok.

I have stayed a couple of times at this hotel. It was a positive experience from the beginning. I travel in a budget and I found this place is great “bang for the buck”. It’s a little dated in its decor. But, it’s very clean and good beds. The staff are always friendly, very personable AND they remember their guests. It quickly felt like s home away from home. And, they have a great breakfast.
