Beautifully designed sumptuous property with full service amenities, literally everything you could ever think to forget in the bathroom just in case so no need to call the staff! Le Bar had lovely inventive drinks and a romantic hidden atmosphere. The reception tram was excellent prior to and upon arrival with helping to arrange transfers and tourist info. The location is excellent and walkable to many cafes and monuments. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Rooms feel tired. Very small, no storage. Electrical was an ongoing problem.

It’s gorgeous and amazingly stylish and the staff were incredible — this is the perfect bespoke experience!

We Checked Out of the hotel within 20 minutes upon checking into the hotel at around 2am in the early morning. We could not even stand to spend the evening in the room and have breakfast (which we paid for in full) as room was unsanitary. From the moment you enter the corridors you can smell the aged moulded carpets. This is not a 5 start establishment on any level from quality of the rooms going up to the guest service. It's just government bestowed 5 star. Also, hotel management is not ethical by trying to take charge for 1 nights deposit. Nevertheless we made it to the Sofitel later on the evening and were glad to be out of the vicinity. We called the hotel to ask for ethical full refund but they just refunded 1 night without acknowledging to upgrade or improve their facilities. I've had better experiences in 3 star B&B hotels like Embassy Suites in the US then this establishment in Paris.

So long as you don't have reckless kids who might trash the treasures this hotel holds, you will love this place!

This hotel is SPECIAL. I can’t say enough great things about the staff, the charm, and just how lovely the whole experience was for us.

This charming boutique hotel is so perfectly located in the heart of Paris. It is in walking distance of the Seine River, Batobus water taxi, Musée d’Orsay, Café ‘s and so much more. All the staff at the L’HÔTEL were so professional and informative.

Absolutely gorgeous! Just so beautiful. Well worth the cost.

Shower was awful, did not find the charm I was hoping for for the price point, not greatly staff at any point
