This was perfect, reasonable price, not in the tourist center (but easily accessible by subway), good breakfast

Okay. Elevator was extremely uncomfortable. We have asked for a queen bed ahead of time, once we got there they had given us 2 twin bed instead.

The hotel is really close to the metro station and has some cute cafes around. The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are very modern, simple and comfortable. The shower/bathroom was fantastic. The only downside was I stayed in the bedroom that was on the ground floor opposite the reception desk. Because of this the noise of the people traffic was very loud. I could hear every single person coming in through the front doors, going into the lifts etc. Therefore even though my bed and room was comfortable, I didn’t get a very good nights sleep. The other issue was I didn’t know how to lock the terrace doors (the key lock is on the outside) and unfortunately neither did the man at reception so as a single women staying in an unknown place I felt slightly nervous that the terrace doors were open. So again, really great that I had somewhere to have my coffee outside in the morning, however flip side was a felt slightly unsafe at night. I’m sure there was a really easy way to do it, however the receptionist was also unsure.

Unprofessional and unhelpful staff. Staff needs training and better supervision. If you have a problem, they won't be able or willing to solve.

Great location. Clean Renovation. Tiny room.

This hotel is a perfect example of what you would want in an airport to catch some sleep. The bedding is excellent and the place is like new. Breakfast was well done and typical Paris breads, meats, eggs and coffee. Have to say, the rooms are really small. We have used small room hotels before and they work if you are mostly roaming around being a tourist.

Excellent location near the Metro. Very clean and quiet. The only drawback is that the room was reallllly small and the elevator could fit only one person with one bag. First time in Paris so maybe this is normal. Other than that, we were happy with the hotel and location.

Modern finishes. Clean. Nice staff. Decent breakfast. Thin walls. Near Pantheon, Plantes Des Jardins and some shops on Rue Monge.

Great hotel and location. Unfortunately cost twice as much than expected because of failed wake up call service/transportation arrangements. Complete lack of accountability on part of management. Multiple emails following trip without a response. Zero apology. Such a shame.
