Great location, very clean and friendly staff. Street can be a bit noisey at night but the double glazing is pretty good.

Nice central place to stay. Friendly staff. Very hospitable.

The room was of average size, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was modern, clean and large with bath and shower. The shower worked very well but it was only hand-held. All it needed was a hook in the tiled wall which would have made a lot of difference. There was a fair amount of noise from other rooms and an incredibly loud plumbing noise every morning and sometimes during the night when other guests used their shower or wc which woke us up several times. The hotel is right in the centre with many shops, tappas bars, restaurants and tourist attractions just a few steps away.

Nice location, you have the tourist train in the same street, 20 min walk from the train station. nice place to stay. decent room in space and amenities.

Slow internet but otherwise very good

Service was friendly, very helpful and 24hour at reception. The room was pleasant - and quiet when the windows were closed. Air conditioning was quiet making it possible to keep on through the night if necessary. It was very convenient for the centre of Granada and an easy walk up to the Albaicin. The area felt safe to walk in after midnight on my own. Very convenient for restaurants. cafes, the city tour bus (recommended for spotting where you want to go back to visit at more length).

We were very pleased with the hotel, its location is brilliant, friendly staff and we thought it was extremely good value. We will definitely be returning.

Location is great with the hotel being a hop, skip, and jump away from the Granada cathedral. The room and bathroom was surprisingly large. Beds aren’t the most comfortable, but there is an air unit in the room which is a plus! Only negative is that they have cards to activate the electricity in the room, so once you leave everything turns off. We wanted to leave some things to charge in our room but realized after a day away from the room, that even the outlets power is cut off.

Small room, but it was ok for the price we paid. The guy at the lobby was great at telling us what to do and how to organize our visit. Very friendly staff!
