Bike Availability, Sauna, and Hot Tub were Great!

I appreciated my stay - the hot tub, heated pool, sauna, and bike availability is what made it great! However the lack of a reception at Hotel Brunville (you have to go to the connected hotel next door), as well as the fast paced and curt manner that the man who checked me in treated me with, was not the best.

Broken toilet, did not fix.

Toilet broke on first day, we advised the reception next morning, can back to room after days exploring to find they switched the water off, so no flush for rest of stay. terrible customer service.

Great location and a nice 'Boutique' Hotel

Great breakfast selections. Didn't try the restaurant for dinner as wanted to explore the city, so can't comment. Rooms comfortable and nicely decorated as it the whole hotel. Bed comfortable. Secured parking on site, though not large enough for every resident if full, but we were fine. Quiet location - co-joined with the Grand Hotel Luxembourg next door but same ownership. Great location to explore the city on foot, close to Cathedral and Museum for the Bayeux Tapestry. Also well situated for touring Normandy - 90 minutes to Mont. St.Michel and 45-60 minutes max to any of the D-Day beaches by car. Friendly staff. Bar closes at 10:00pm which is the only negative, don't know if that was down to time of year (April) or if it's all year - didn't want to 'booze it up' all night, but to be able to relax beyond that time and enjoy a drink or two in the lounge would have been appreciated. But overall it's a very nice 'boutique' hotel and I'd return there very happily. Thank you for the enjoyable stay!

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel. Have to check in via the 4 star hotel nextdoor. English channels on tv. Nice warm clean big.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the location is excellent and the staff are very helpful. If I was to ever travel back to Bayeux I would stay there again. We had a set meal in the hotels restaurant which was excellent.

This hotel is just lovely. It is a bit confusing because the front desk is inside the Hotel Luxembourg—which this hotel is attached to. But the room was spacious—compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in France—and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast had a great selection also.

Good location within the city. Helpful staff. Decent size of a room for Paris’ standard. Has its own secure parking area. Pool and jacuzzi was nice. Only complaint is that you have to check in/out with the hotel next to it.... as in, this hotel doesn’t have its own front desk. Other than that, A+
