Radisson Blu Hotel Altstadt

A little gem tucked away in a quiet area. Handy for everything and within minutes walk of all landmarks. We were upgraded to a fabulous suite with a river view for our Ruby anniversary. Breakfast was plentiful with everything you could wish for. Staff were friendly and helpful. Well done to everyone. We will defintely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, full of character! Location is absolutely perfect! Right in the heart of the old town. We had three nights in a superior room. Then, after a three day trip to Vienna, one night in a standard room. The superior room overlooked the river, was very tastefully decorated, and was HUGE! The 'standard' room (room 208) overlooked the street at the front of the hotel, and had a sideways view of the fortress. Again, tastefully decorated, and although smaller than the superior room, I would still describe it as large. Every single member of the staff we interacted with couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.

Amazing location. All who were involved were so mindful and pleasant. Every question about sight seeing or dining was answered with care and always followed up with on our return if we enjoyed their suggestions.

We loved the hotel. It's in a perfect location for exploring Salzburg and the wonderful Christmas markets. The room was large, clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent and décor and views were lovely. The staff were also very friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful interiors & artwork, sunroof foyers. Large room. Comfy bed and pillows. Heated bathroom floors. Quiet room. Nice Nespresso machine. Really nice of the Bellhop to bring me a kettle. Thank you.

Very bad smell in the room. And what is this...going up and down and out and in befote the tiny and smelly elevator that barely squeezes two people.
