Flooded

Our stay was going fine but when we woke up in the morning Sunday our bathroom was flooded with water coming our from under the toilet thus we couldn't get cleaned up. no shower nothing we had to check out without cleaning ourselves. there was water all over the 1st floor. I need to communicate with Quality Inn Corporate We want our money back!

The front desk, come to knock to all the rooms at 8am, waking up the guesses checking rooms. We arrive at the middle of the night to sleep, rest and to continue driving to our destination trip but we catch enough sleep due the un respectfully staff. Also we had to ask for shampoo, conditioner , soap, and lotion nothing of that was at the bathroom the lady at the front desk ask do you want full service? My answer was Don’t you provide this items to all the guesses those are items that so post to be part of your stay. She apologized and bring shampoo and soap. The stay was more like a low class motel.

Budget Friendly

This is the most affordable "decent" hotel near the Hard Rock casino. There are cheaper options but nothing I would stay at. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet, just a little small. Breakfast was the same as every hotel I've ever stayed at. The hall and common areas did smell like weed at night when we came back if that's a concern for anyone, but Illinois is weed friendly and only a few minutes from the property so you should pretty much expect that anywhere. Definitely would stay here again if we're in the area!

The type of hotel service I’m used to is when the check in person says welcome to our hotel and after providing keys, communicates that I’m all set and provides instructions for parking, elevator location and breakfast info. None of that happened. But what really surprised me was how I found my room, with one bed appearing to not have been done or cleaned. I didn’t have time to go complain as I was late for my event although I was considering just getting another hotel - but since I already paid for it, I decided to stay. I won’t be staying at these hotels in the future.

Excellent reasonably priced hotel. I

The hotel is at the edge of town: in an oddly rural location yet very close to the interstate. But directions are well-marked and it's easy to find. Staff was ++. Cleanliness and breakfast ++. I was very happy with my choice

Decent hotel, sketchy area

Seems recently remodeled, room was nice but very small, desk person was helpful, super sketchy area though, ‘gentlemens’ club next store…

We stayed in two different rooms during our two-night visit. The bathrooms are updated but the bedrooms feel like they could use an update. One room didn't have the air on when we first got there so the room was very musty. The breakfast area was very nice. Overall worth the price.

I am not familiar with the area at all but for a one night stay and the good price i paid... you cant beat it. I would recommend this hotel!

Best Hotel In Indiana Area

Great stay! Great Hotel! Always stay here when I visit Indiana and they never fail me! Breakfast is great! Rooms are great! Staff is great!
