The hotel was exactly what i needed for a short 2 day stay in the city. In close proximity to everything and it was clean. And for the price i have no complaints.

The manager of the hotel was very rude and disrespectful. the rest of the staff were friendly. The TV was not working. we used 2 different rooms and in both of them the bathroom door would not close.

Its old colonial style. They can improve at litle more.

Terrible property. No hot water at times. No wireless connection after 6pm. Front desk staff is not friendly

Well first of all the breakfast was not include even i called for reconfirm and they said it was include when is not, they didn't have a towels available just one and when we asked it they said was not dry, the TV wansn't working propertly and when we asked for fixed they didn't the guest service was very nice she tried to help us but she is not maintenance service and you know what i fixed it the cord electricity was not working and is covered by tape you know what dangreous it is you could have shorcut or you could get it shock is really dessapoint and the last thing one of the girl doesn't have information about of the adress hotel

Locations was great and the environment was unique. the front desk always open and kind to help in case you need something! It was a nice stay! Thank you1.

the hotel is deceptive, French charm exterior, but Dominican sloppiness interior. The paint was peeling, mold in bathroom, and you can smell the sewer ozzing from the toilet. Furthermore, this building has not been renovated since the discovery of Hispanola by Columbus, and so, there is no noise barrier and my stay was horrible. Even for $32/room, it is only advisable if you are broke and will bring no guest.

Good location at great price. Staff friendly but some didn't speak English.
