Young man at the counter was very confused and wasn’t pleasant at all, reserved a non smoking room and room was very smoke filled they wouldn’t change my room.

The facilities were okay for the price, and the breakfast was good. However, the lady at the front desk really really doesn't like to be bothered. I had to call twice to ask about things she didn't tell me when I checked in, and both times, she hung up on me trying to tell her thank you after she answered my question. Also, we booked a lake view room. Didn't get that. I chose this hotel for the hot tub. The pool was closed for some reason. Thanks floor I stayed on reeked of stale cigarettes, and the pillows were the kind of hard that comes from being old. I won't stay here again though I regularly stay in and enjoy La Quintas

Desk clerk was behind the counter asleep. We’re late getting in due to a flat tire and a hospital trip. After spending 30 minutes looking for the desk clerk and finding him asleep, he told us our reservation was canceled and we were not allowed to check in.

Great hotel and great for a business traveler
