Great experience

The way this hotel gets so many small details right just makes it a cut above the others. Two different types of pillows, ample toiletries, cups, and mirrors everywhere. Dinner and drinks available at no extra cost, late checkout, rain shower, bathtub, many power sockets and all the device ports you could need (HDMI, VGA, LAN). 24h gym. Stylish deco and tasty buffets. Would definitely stay again during the next global plague.

Had a anniversary celebration at Quincy. All the Guest Services Officer that i had interacted with are of superb service and they kept on checking on you! Highly recommended mostly as a staycation for celebrations and occasions due to price being on the high side with not much amenities and no complimentary parking is provided which is an additional cost.

Great and self-sufficient staycation!

Check-in was smooth and room was really comfy! View was good. Stylish room with modern furnishing. Windowsill sitting area was a great plus! Enjoy the view while working/surfing on your laptop, or reading a book. All the basic essentials were provided, including a weighing scale and well-concealed ironing board if required. All day breakfast, snacks, and light dinner were also great. Gym was well equipped and modern. Staff all polite and had initiative. Some minuses: room door did not seem v soundproof as you can hear when your neighbours shut their doors, and if you’re near the lift lobby, the lift. Room and lift were quite cold, but room temperature was adjustable. Bathtub had a strange stoppage which is a bit unstable, but still overall a good sized bathtub for an evening soak :) Will defo recommend this for a staycation or for tourists. Quite conveniently located at the farther end of Orchard (FEP).

Value for money & ideal for a staycation

A hotel that feeds you throughout the day! Not a wide selection of food but good enough to fill the stomach. Nice place for a simple staycation.

High standards maintained despite covid-19.

The hotel is 5min walk to Orchid Road and the metro station. The room comes with snacks and softdrinks. The breakfast was more than plentiful, along with a substantial evening food service, also included. Despite the challenges of the covid-19 outbreak, the hotel remained postitive and always caring. They even provided face masks. I enjoyed the pool deck and its views out over the city. Thank you so much for making my stay safe and and welcoming... particularly under such difficult times.

Wonderful, helpful, friendly, efficient staff. Nice touches in hotel too: free laundry (2 items per day), good WiFi, complimentary cold drinks in room and if you run out, always supplied on request. Really liked the free ice cream too! 😊 Highly recommended
