Very good experience, only cleaning is basic

Very clean and quiet! Was a lot disappointed in breakfast as they are not serving hot foods because of COVID. That being said they had items that could be made n microwave, BUT only one microwave so was a long No wait to use it.

There is a very nice breakfast area, with a decent breakfast.

Yelling! Screaming! Slamming doors! All night long! Worst stay we’ve ever had. This was our free stay for 10 bookings with Hotels.com.

Good value and location. Cleanliness and service were highly appreciated, given the public health situation.

Hotel not in the best of shape. You get what you pay for in this case

Location is good for access to colleges, stores and restaurants. Unfortunately, this hotel, like many others, is not being very customer-friendly in providing breakfast and using COVID-19 as an excuse to "cheap out." There are ways to provide the full breakfast buffet while minimizing health risks.

Booked 2 rooms but they were not located together. Bathroom floor was dirty. One room had no hot water in the shower. Breakfast was very limited

Customer service is top notch. Aaron on nightshift was super helpful and polite. My daughter had to have a medical procedure the next morning at St Jospehs Hospital across the road and we had to stay awake from midnight on - they provided a conference room for us at no additional charge so we could make some noise without interrupting others. Highly recommend!
