Basic room, business oriented. The shower is in the middle of the room , so it’s not for friend just couple or single. Basic hotel near a bug shooing mall.

Lovely place

The hotel is really cosy and the staff is amazing - so helpful, understanding, and welcoming. The manager is also extremely kind and always ready to assist when needed. The hotel is 25 min by bus from the city center of Madrid and about 25 min by car.

Would not recommend

Despite being a relatively new hotel, this place was poorly constructed, noisy and not very clean. Would not stay here again.

Enjoy!

The location is not the best. Need a vehicle to get around. Renfe train station is Mostoles - El SOTO. The hotel has its own restaurant but is closed on weekends. For any other restaurants you need a car to go to Móstoles Central. The rest is fast food. There's a bar in the hotel with great service of snacks and sandwiches that is open everyday. Really friendly staff. The room is spacious enough but the shower room is unique and awkward in the middle of the room and see-through. My daughter likes her privacy, she told me she took her shower when no one else was in the room. Shower pressure excellent! Beds very comfortable. If you don't mind your shower in the middle of your room, this is your place to stay. Recommend!

We had some difficulties finding the hotel at first but once we did it was perfect to access other communities. The personnel at reception area were very helpful. The bathroom was not as clean as I expected and one night we could smell cigarette smoke the air conditioner ventilation system.

The Hotel is easy to access from M30 and it has several park free parking places. Staff was not helpful when I request a late checkout for only 3 hours even when the hotel was not full. The mattress was not comfortable at all.

A perfect staying with great prices! Staff was v professional and all time helpful. The showerr is a “great fun”😂. Near to supermarket, railway station ( to the centre approx 10 mins and ticket also cheaper) and mc Donald’s 😬. You won’t be disappointed

There is nothing unique about the property. It a regular hotel. Not many facilities. The hotel was clean and quiet. Overall my stay was fine. However, I was charged for a breakfast I didn't take. I only took a coffee in the bar one day (and not in the breakfast room) and was charged 22 euros for my coffee which a lot. So be careful if you stay there not to be overcharged! I didn't appreciate been treated like a liar as well by the staff. I would not come back because of this.

The property was amazing also the staff the only thing that I think was expensive is the breakfast, only bread, pastry (fews), coffee, juices(orange, apricot, pinapple) for only 11 euros i thing is expensive for that they offer
