Alone

Shower room was a bit tired. Huge showerhead in wet room led to difficulty in controlling flow of water and shower room soaked. However staff couldn’t be more helpful. The efficiency of the very friendly staff , helpfulness and good service more than made up for the tiredness of the shower room.

Couples Weekend Away

We were there as a party of 9, 4 couples and a single person for the weekend and I have to say we were all very impressed with most things about the hotel. It was literally a 2 minute walk from the bus station, all our rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely, even if it was a little disorganised at times. The bathrooms were extremely modern with walk in showers which were exceptionally good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On the down side I had specially requested that if possible we would like our rooms to be close by each other but instead we were scattered over 4 floors and when I mentioned this to the girl when checking in she said they hadn't been made aware of this even although it does clearly state this on my booking confirmation. I had also advised them that one of the party is Gluten Free and was extremely disappointed that there was absolutely nothing gluten free for her to eat, not even a bit of GF bread / toast which I feel wasn't a lot to ask and quite frankly disgraceful as she was paying the same as everyone else for a breakfast that she was unable to eat. The hotel has a really nice bar but beware as it is extremely expensive and they do not take cash so be prepared to use your card for drinks. All in all we really did enjoy our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Super friendly hotel

I always stay here when I visit Inverness. The hotel staff are super friendly and the location is perfect for the train station, bus station, city centre and the A9 The room is starting to need a lick of paint and the carpets are wearing in areas but except for a really dirty radiator the rest of the room was spotless.. The bed is so comfy I slept better than I have in weeks

Staff were lovely. Hotel is just very run down. Bedroom in need of TLC. Bathroom shower has large unsightly scars behind glass walls. Looks terrible. Plastic surround to toilet warped. Easily the worst bathroom I have ever seen. I cannot recommend.

Warm, clean and comfortable. Great access for city centre. Value for money. Comfortable bed, pillows not so. Staff were all really friendly

The location of the hotel is great for shopping, dining and access to the downtown. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are only 4 parking stalls and they are not easy to access. The rooms are beginning to show their age and need some maintenance. We found our room to be on the cold side, even with the heater turned on high. Breakfast, though good, was on the pricey side.
