The interior design is odd and old fashioned like a 3 star hotel And the lift was stopped going down and required reset procedures

Room wasn’t ready on arrival and then when came back later tried to charge agian for deposit. Was resolved and they gave us complimentary wine to try make up for it. So credit for that

room is not as what i booked

The room is ok, but my booking is a premier room which should have a king-size bed and a small living room with a sofa, but they gave me a room with two king's beds, what am I going to do with two king-size beds??

Not as great as previous stay

Check-in was not as great as it used to be (been here for more than several times in the past year). This is the first time checking in on 41/F; we didnt expect that service was not at least as great as those at lobby counters. Room condition was consistent - nice stay. However, wine glasses in the cabinet and mugs on the bathroom counter were all dirty and obviously uncleaned since last use (by the previous tenant - not us). This is quite unacceptable, whether in the context of the current pandemic or not.

Not a satisfied customer

I asked a simple question about checking out later on the day of check out. I got a answer of NO because we're packed on Sunday. Every HOTELS I've been check out was never an issue.. to this Hotel... it seems to be very much so... The hotel looks and feels like 90s ... TV doesn't work well... curtains doesn't work well either... and the repetition lady said "I've upgrade your room"... i hate to find out what my previous room is if my upgrade room is in this shape.

Book room with deep-soaking bathtub!

The room I booked was very spacious, quiet and comfortable and I have to give a special mention to the bathtub. If you get the chance to book a room with a deep-soaking bathtub, definitely go for it! It is super relaxing to lie in there and forget your worries, and it adds something special to your day when torrential rain hits (like it did for me)! I also ordered breakfast to my room and there was plenty of choice for that; I have to say it was very satisfying. The only downside was the very slow check in. I'm not sure if it was because of the pandemic, or if other guests had lots of special requests, but I waited almost one hour to check in. The stress of check in was soon forgotten, though, when I could enjoy the hotel's amenities.
