Bryn Meadows Golf, Hotel & Spa

The room and surroundings were excellent but the breakfast was just ok.

The place is looking pretty run down as you walk around the hotel, needs some investment to make it look new again

Enjoyed our stay, couple of things could be improved but on the whole we were happy with our stay and would not have a problem returning to this hotel.

Very pleasant hotel. Great golf course. Spa and pool lovely. Rooms very well presented.

Arrived around 7pm and was initially happy with my room (101) but looking in the bathroom, the bath was fine for a 5 yr old child, not a 6ft3 52yr old, it was tiny! Then the plug wouldn’t seal so had to revert to wet toilet paper to seal it. Then there was the aircon.....I have heard quieter jet engines, so when it came to sleep, it had to go off and it was a cold night, not happy at all about that. Evening meal of beef cheek was lovely, breakfast was a shambles, turned up at 7am when this service was supposed to start, half of the buffet wasn’t out and I had to wait 15 mins before a waitress appeared. Scrambled egg was microwaved and the toast I requested with it was dry. All in all not a great stay, won’t be coming back here again
