Holiday Inn Jackson Northwest Airport Road

Beautiful hotel. Staff friendly and kind. Very accommodating. Nice rooms...very clean and quiet surroundings. Pool and exercise area excellent. Location wonderful!!!Sunsets=Priceless!

Hotel and staff were awesome, everything was super clean

The bathroom was very very unclean the could not take a bath and the food was not good

It was fine in the beginning, we had friendly staff checked us in. The following morning the staff changed and the mood changes completely. The manager was rude and arrogant. I thought it was just me but my boyfriend also had the same treatment as we were checking out. Overall it’s not a bad place to be 7/10 for location. 5/10 customer service

Very clean, central location. Didnt have a single negative during the stay.

Elevator not working. They only had rooms at 4th floor, staircase was filty

They charged me a $25 deposit and have yet to refund it.

The first room we had three door was broken and you could literally just push the door open without the key. The construction that was being done on three building was very annoying and i could barely get any sleep after working a 12 hr shift at the hospital. And i was not warned that there would be any construction. Who pays over 100.00 for a room and cant get any rest. The second my boyfriend goes to get us food, the rude ass crying fromt desk lady that worked third shift decides to tell him that he should come down and keep her company. Very unprofessional.

I was impressed how clean bar and restraunt were. Initially disappointed no breakfast buffet, but with virus concerns this makes sense
