beautiful location on the ocean

Very good stay other then the fact that for same price one room is double the size then other . They should give much lower price for smaller room which was extremely cramped. Otherwise beautiful location on the ocean and very good service.

Had trouble getting room on time, as the front office was allowing the rooms to be given to us, to be occupied by guests who should have checked out by noon. Got room after 5 hours of waiting. That too after literally shouting at the reception. They should be advised to follow rules. A lot of power cuts, so the ac would go on and off all the time.It would not switch on automatically. Rooms have no hanging space to dry sweaty or wet clothes. Should provide some rods and hooks.

MGM resort reviewed

I stayed there in hotel for one night the room service was good but we had to wait two hr extra for getting the rooms food is good but I felt the buffet lunch was expensive if you are planning to checkin on Saturday then it will be wortwhile to have lunch for that day its very close to beach which is good,the complementary buffet breakfast spread was good we stayed in deluxe room though its clean but bit smaal,also they two seperate bed instead of one king bed as I had requested

Nice stay

The hotel is well situated right on an entirely unpolluted beach, with a spectacular view totally enchanting. The general atmsphere is quite pleasant, relaxing, and healing, with a lovely pool bordered by palm trees. The beakfast bar is however horribly packed with people in long lines just in order to get an omlette, otherwise suffering from constant shortage of plates, which should be considered something truly unprofessional for a hotel with such facilities. Room service can also be provided a little faster.

good resort but none of the rooms has beach view.

Wonderful. Beach is around half a km from the rooms. Its little wild here with high tides may be in this season so you will not be allowed to go inside sea for bathing. Entire resort is clean and beautiful. Hotel staff is very helpful and kind. Morning breakfast buffet was tasty and good compared to the dinner buffet which had lots of variety but i found taste missing and arrangement little confusing. I would definitly like to go again.

Nice hotel to stay for family trips.

It was a nice experience in the stay. The food and room delivery staffs were very responsive. Need to improve the quality of breakfast. Some were not fully cooked. Overall it was nice experience. Very closer to several places like MGM Dizzee World, Dhakshin Chitra, Muttukadu etc. which is a real plus.

Good location. Rooms are not pathetic.

staffs are very cooperative. Rooms are below average with horrible old plug points filled with broken pens and pencils since people tried using the plug points but would have failed terribly.

Every thing was perfect

Every thing was perfect and comfortable, Room was very clean with good ambiance. Over all stay is memorable only thing i find negative is the room i stayed didn't have window or ventilator that made me uncomfortable, but my family didn't complained about it.

MGM stay....my experience ..

My expericence with MGM was not so good. But a front office manager Ms Faridha made our stay very memorable by upgrading us to better room. the Park veiw suite was pathetic not worth the tariff. rest room was shabby and not finished...flooring was damaged...water started flowing in during rain....so many....after upgrading to a suite room it was quite a pleaent stay........relatively clean and done up well.
