Staybridge Suites Times Square

The front desk personnel was friendly and helpful during check in and check out. The location was very good just a block off Time Sq with access to the 1 line of the metro right on the corner from the mid block front entrance of the hotel. We drove so it was nice that the hotel was a block from the entrance/exit of the Lincoln Tunnel. Easy in and out upon arrival and exit of the city by car. Parking was in a public garage two blocks over from the hotel. Our room was comfortable, tight but it was nice having a full size fridge, DW, cooktop, microwave and sink for bringing leftovers to heat up and keep beverages on hand in the fridge. The room was updated and modern. The windows were a bit drafty which caused street noise to be heard inside from our 7th floor room. You might request a room on a higher floor. It was cold outside during our stay (about 30F -2c) and it snowed both days. The heater did keep the room warm but sitting near the window I could feel cold air seeping in. Could be the seals around the window. I would stay at this property again but request a room on a higher floor to diminish street sounds.

Pictures online where deceiving. Rooms where run downed and dirty. Bathroom had a missing toilet tissue holder, shower head was really loose rooms where not cleaned, sheets where not clean or changed. Pillow cases had an odor. Had to put a blanket over pillows.

The whole 9th floor smelled of cannibis with a child in room was horrible to ventilated found a roach in the room would probably not stay here again

I was disappointed, the pictures online look nothing like what the hotel looked like. It was dark and creepy in the halls and also in the room. The curtains had lots of dust which blew all over the room when we turned on the heat.

my stay was very good an accommodating the staff was ultra friendly the lady from the fire safely was very pleasant... would definitely recommended this hotel....

Very old hotel.... Outdated... Dirty door. And weird smelly.... Doesn’t feel safe when the door is not really secured.... They put me the block viewing of the building. What a terrible choice....

Do not stay here. A dirty motel in person. Bums outside. Smelly tight small hallways. Slow elevators. Rude staff. No towels available. The lights blink in the room when something knocks the wall or walk too hard. Tub area had molding.

My food and suite case was stone

The staff at the front desk was nice they changed from a Queen size bed to a King size bed but the second window curtain was loose, the stove would not heat up quickly I had to wait for a half hour for my food to be hot
