hugely disappointed in this motel. The photos online did not accurately portray what the rooms are like. Although we were not expecting luxury, we were not expecting and industrial looking room that was a cross between a backpackers and a maintenance cupboard. The first 'studio' room we were given was simply a rectangular room the width of the length of a bed. the bed was shoved at one end so one person had to climb over the other to get in or out. You could not even walk at the end of the bed. We asked for another room and were given another room. Not much better condition but more room so we were 'happy' with that. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Walls seemed very thin, we could hear the people in the room two doors down - my husband went and asked them around midnight to keep it down. We are not flash travelers by any means but this was a huge disappointment for $211 a night. However, if you are brave, it is in a good location, handy to metro station and also several eateries and a 7/11. Wifi a bit dodgy at times but mostly worked well

Nice rooms. Location not convenient.

The hotel is basically a service apartment so I tend to stay here when I want the option to cook. Location is good with nice food and drink establishments.

The mattress was kind of hard. Area / cupboard for hanging clothes was limited. Handy phone didn't seems to have the personal hotspot function like other hotels' handy phone. Located in the quiet area of TST

Easily accessible via MTR. Halal food available right at doorstep. Rooms were comfortable for a family of 4.
