It’s ok place

It’s ok for what I paid… I stayed at the old part of the buildig, very clean and lovely attention from the reception (they allowed us to checkin early and check out late) which was a bonus THE ISSUE: towels at the pool area, but I guess they can’t control that! If you like the pool make sure you put your towels there as early as 5am in the morning! I won’t be back

This was our third visit to Montana Suites and this time we stayed in a refurbished suite which was spotlessly clean and decorated to a very high standard. The only disappointment was the room we were located - suite 125 was tucked into a corner and backed onto a road as did our terrace. Apart from this we had a brilliant time and will definitely book again.

Perhaps leave some info on how things in the rooms work i.e) how to use the cooker. May be difficult for older people to work out. We thought ours was broken but the pot wasn’t compatible with it. Once that was sorted, it was a great thing to use. A bit of information needed about checking out. Checked out very early in the morning when everything was closed. Couldn’t lock the gate again with the key and didn’t know where to leave the key cards. Strange smell from air conditioner at times. Otherwise it was really lovely. Staff polite and the renovations have done wonders. Stayed here years ago.

My husband had upgraded us to the newly refurbished appts , that were modern and spotless clean, all staff were helpful and lovely, would definitely recommend, we are planning our next trip there

Renovations

These apartments are being renovated. There is only 1 pool and not 2 as advertised by hotels.com. There are too many people for one pool so by 7.15 am there are no sun loungers. There’s also some noise from drills and general renovations. There’s also a small of paint or chemicals. I don’t blame Montana as I see why renovations are needed. It’s tired and a lot of sun loungers are broken. The air conditioning is also not working probably due to renovations. Hotels.com should have informed us if the renovations. Also note that the photos on their site are the new and not completed rooms.

Pool supposed to b warm. Noise from renovations. Had to move to a back apartment on 2nd day. 2 Hen Parties arrived 😲. Staff always very nice. 3rd time staying.

Our 3rd stay at Montana Club, it is a lovely quiet area, it is very central, spar 5 mins walk and 10 mins walk to main strip, staff very helpful especially Annabell who has great english. At the moment half of the apts are being renovated so its a bit noisy Mon to Fri with the builders working machinery which cannot be helped, as I was ill this visit we complained about the noise and were immediately offered another apt which was very quiet, The apts will be fabulous in July when the work is completed on half of them, the other half will be completed next yr.

Spotlessly clean everywhere. Friendly staff. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Only 5 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants.

Not too far from the beach and main attractions. Whilst generally clean there was sighting of cockroaches. Rooms are clean but tired looking and seating is uncomfortable. Staff are pleasant and always seem to be busy around the complex.
