Hilton Garden Inn Tallahassee Central

Wasn’t great for the price. The Hilton’s I have stay with before had a higher quality that separated them from other hotels. The room seemed like something I would get at a good motel 6. Had to pay for a cold breakfast. All in all i could of stayed at a cheaper hotel and gotten the same level of quality. Staff was helpful.

We booked our stay for October 24 to October 25. When we arrived at the hotel the lobby was clean and nice. Once we get upstairs the hallway carpet was filthy, once we got into the room the sheets were dirty. We asked to move to another room which they accommodated us. Once we got into the new room the bathroom vanity was dirty with what appeared to be dried up scum from previous guest using the vanity. The bathtub faucet dripping. Overall, we did not feel comfortable in the room but we stayed since it was only two nights. I don’t think we will go back there. One good thing is that Charlie, the manager was very accommodating and super nice.

Front Desk clerk has all the charm of a copperhead snake. I hope he’s the owner cause he should not be in the hospitality business.

Great front office staff. Great housekeeping

Everything was okay except the cleanliness. There was a sticker on the door indicating it was cleaned however we found Food in the fridge and a used bar of soap in the bathroom I assume they were from the last guest. Obviously this room was not cleaned thoroughly. Very scary in today's environment.

I waiting 30 minutes to check in. After checking in , I tried contacting someone at the front desk several times and could not get anyone. This isn’t what I expected from a Hilton hotel.

Great experience and great customer service! Charles was so nice and helpful after our original hotel we booked was not a good option for us or good in general. Charles reassured us and was happy to help us.

I chose this hotel because of an interview II saw recently with the CEO of Hilton Garden Inn. I was impressed by their new policies on cleanliness and sanitation during the coronavirus pandemic. However I did not see the seal of sanitation on the door. It seemed clean so I stayed. I have stayed at this hotel several times. But now the mattress is old and gave me and my spouse a backache.
