The room I have seen and payed for was not the same as the one they put us in, the bar fridge didn’t work and they had to move us took them 3 hours to move, second room looked like the one on the net, But there was no hot water in the shower and they couldn’t fix it, so again they moved us to another room that was perfect. We stayed 6 night but had to move twice and it dint make it a relaxing stay. . Only one Manger could make things happen for us. Just think they would update the pictures on a regular basis , and the apartments are all individually own, the property should make sure that the owners update the apartments. Paying all the same money for accommodation so all apartments should be up to standard.

Absolutely loved this hotel. I travelled alone with a young child and i felt safe and secure on the premises. The staff were so nice. The waterpark and play centre was a massive hit with my boy. Our room was lovely and clean and tidy. Room service was also good. I used it a few times when my boy fell asleep early. The service was quick and the food was great. Can not fault this hotel. My only suggestiom for improvement would be to chanhe the depth of the adult pool..it is 1.65m throughout and so you cant really relax in it.

I can’t begin to explain how bad this place is. Booked a 3 bedroom penthouse which is not a penthouse. The condition of the building is so run down. Absolutely ridiculous service rules over towel cards for towels that are worth no more than $2. Maintenance was so poor, you feel dirty the entire time. Management of staff who have no way of dealing with your concerns other than just saying “so sorry fill out a complaint card”. I don’t complain but easy but this is bad, stay away, would not recommended.

Enjoyed our stay during in the days.However a private villa next door has a big Alsation dog which barked on and off all night, every night and meant very broken sleep. Not hotels fault but would't stay again or recommend.

Great hotel but the pool was way too deep... none of the adults could stand unless they were over 6ft tall which made it hard to just relax in the pool, especially with the kids. The kids play area was great but better for younger children around 4 and under.

Old hotel.

Hotel was located next to the beach. Rooms are spacious but old, sliding glass doors have problem closing / broken wall / old rusty mirrors. Breakfast is average. Beware of people collecting parking fees from you just at the entrance of the road if you ride bike or drive car. Not worth the price staying.

Main reception currently undergoing reception (completion due end Dec 2019), temporary reception is in a corner of the restaurant at the front of the property. When we arrived we were placing in the incorrect room type (studio instead of 1 bedroom). Corrected the next day, but it meant that we had to move rooms in the middle of our sta.
