Jurys Inn Aberdeen

I love staying in this hotel. Situated in a shopping centre next to the bus and railway station. What more could you ask for.

Overall excellent experience

No breakfast available due to covid. Which i understand. But for the same price they delivered a terrible bag and no refund offered as standard. If you paid full hotel breakfast price for what was contained in that bag you wouldn't of came to £2. No cleaners entered the room during my stay. This particular hotel chain has used covid as am excuse to leave staff at home and still charge premium price. All in all shocking way to behave in the current climate.

Had an early start on the morning (0530) though the water for shower was lukewarm. Plus there was it noisy from a fan or machinery from a cooling system outside the room (513) which required ear plugs all night.

We have stayed at Jury’s Inn in Aberdeen many times and it is always a pleasure. The staff are so friendly and helpful especially during these trying times. On all prior occasions we have had a room at the front of the hotel but this time we were at the rear and the noise from the air conditioning units was very off putting for sleep but the room itself was very clean and we will certainly stay here again.

The room on the lower floor is next to outside ventilation units which were noisy all night did not get much sleep. Room 114

The room was ok but I had expected better as it had 4 stars eg, the bathroom towel rail feel off as soon as I went to dry my hands. The table in the bedroom was chipped in several places. I had thought under the current rules one was still able to order alcohol via room service however this was not the case, I'm still not so sure that was the correct information as I was a guest in the Hotel. The room was ok , I had just expected it to be better being a 4 star.

parking ! Nightmare Hot water was luke warm Heating in the room took a while

Found the hotel to be clean and well organised the breakfast was very good. The only thing to let the hotel down was a chair in the room had been vandalised which I think should have been removed.
