Great Location, Great Staff, Great Breakfast

The room was very comfortable and clean. My friends had rooms with shower stalls—I had a tub with handheld shower head. The hot water was fine and shampoo/body gel as well. However, The height of the tub was an issue for getting in and out to shower plus the tub surface was a little slippery. I was used to these tubs many times in the past but at my age, I was worried about slipping and falling. With the pandemic easing and bookings improving, hopefully the hotel can begin upgrading the rest of their rooms with walk-in showers since travellers usually do not take baths any more. The location of the hotel was fantastic (short 5 minute walk or less to the metro) and the price per night was excellent. The breakfast bar was incredible with freshly baked bread. The price was a little high but that is my fault for not choosing a rate that included breakfast like my friends.

Family-friendly hotel with super nice staff!

The staff was super friendly! The rooms were cleaned spotless every day. The location is convenient being close to various transportation options.

Checking took forever, I had booked 4 rooms for my family in July and when we arrived at the hotel they did not have rooms ready for us or even on the same floor...I was not expecting to have a 2 hours check in after a 13 hour journey getting there. Staff seemed like they just didn't care, they were polite but no one made an effort to help. Lack lusture stay will not return.

Stayed for a few nights with family and really liked the hotel. It's close to Metro and Tram with really good connecting options. We liked the nearby Rambla and plentitude of dining and snacking options. In terms of areas of improvement, it took longer than usula to wait for the elevator due to Covid restrictions I suppose. The reception seemed bit overloaded at times and we had to wait to check-in/out etc. Otherwise really good hotel.

A birthday in Barcelona

Despite COVID-19 the hotel and staff were extremely welcoming. The breakfast was very well presented and run. Hats off to a very professional team.
