Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Dearborn, MI

Hotel was beautiful from the outside room was nice but they let to many lil young people stay there and party all night did nothing when we complained and double charged my credit card

It was ok, the room was fine & clean. As far as the hotel itself, the walls are very thin, I heard my neighbors whole conversations. It was a lot of young kids running around in and out all night long until 6-7 in the morning. You can barely walk around without someone complaining you are being to loud, k didn’t like it too much don’t think I’ll be staying again.

The overall stay was good however when I checked in someone was in my room so we had to get a different room and the key didn’t work so we had to exchange it but after that everything was good.

The service was excellent everything was nice clean and inviting once you walk through the doors. East to find

A dirty place which you could smell weed everywhere. Door and TV were not working. Room door!!! Could you believe it?

Well...it was a Saturday night and there were families starting to use the pool, so I can’t complain about the noise. The room I stayed in was actually the second room option because the first was locked from the inside...odd as that seems. Anyway, it was clean, we slept, and left in the morning without issues.

The stay was ok I guess the toilet was bagged up so they switch my room to a cheaper one then the one I paid for I was not accommodated for it. Then they changed my card two time on a mistake but it put my bank account in the negatives. So I guess I was disappointed a little.

The hair dryer in the room was not working. Tried calling the front desk to get another one, but the phone in the room did not work. Went to the front desk to ask for another one & was told housekeeping would be there in 5 minutes. Never did receive a hair dryer. No hot water.
