Dead bugs and bug parts in corners of bathroom floor. Water spray from shower head was barely able to get shampoo out of my hair, but left water all over bathroom floor. Hallways had funky smell, but didn’t notice it so much in our room. Couldn’t get room to stay cool. It was hot in room when we checked in. We turned air down and it got better, but we had to get up several times during the night to adjust air because it was hot.

Towels smelled like mildew. Room has broken fixtures. Room was set to 80+ degrees. Took all night for AC to work. AC smelled like mildew too. Was gross and seemed to not be taken care of.

We did like the comfortable king-sized bed. The shower was also fine. However, the carpet was not as clean as we would have hoped. The desk was somewhat grimy as I wiped it off with a disinfecting wipe. The most disappointing thing was the continental breakfast. We found that the milk was spoiled and the packaged pastries were past their expiration date. Also, with the availability of the cereal where each person needed to turn the knob, we had our doubts that it had been sanitized after each person touched it.

It was very quite, I virus is keeping people away

The hotel overall appeared clean, the room was clean and air was very cool.

Was clean and located in a good area. Didnt have to go far to get food to eat.

Daddy service. Got my room really fast. It was very clean. Smelt good. Bed was very comfortable too

Non-smoking room did not smell like ashtray so that was great. Room was clean and spacious.

Our furnace was VERY loud.

Extremely outdated, generally grungy, the shower did not work well.
