Comfort Suites Florence I-95

Excellent king suite. Only problem is it is located by railroad. Only two trains went by though.

The checking was okay, but get on elevator you got etched writing, then get to our floor the carpets are just filthy. The comforter has a hole in it and the bed sound like it was about to fall. The guest look like that have been living there, and doesn't wear mask but coughing before you get on elevator. Covid really. Please beware.

I cannot wait till the breakfast starts. The grab and go is really bad, but the stay was great.

The room was better than expected. The place is new. The beds are higher than normal for our average size family (5’2” to 5’9”). But we liked climbing into a bed for a change. We travel with our dog so the options are normally slim and worn due to the dogs. This hotel was new and accepted our dog as a guest.

Well lit and very clean. Felt very safe. Very spacious.

We loved the stay at Comfort Suites. The room was clean, comfortable, and huge. Another great feature is its proximity to a super delicious restaurant only 200 feet away, JULUA BELLE. We encourage the hotel to refer folks there for s delicious southern comfort meal.

Check in was okay, nothing special. No one was wearing a mask, staff or guests. Room was on the street side and was very noisy. A loud train passed by with the whistle blowing and my room shook. Thermostat in room was not working and the bed had a very loud squeaky sound.

Room was very clean set up was cozy Steph was pleasant
