Unreliability of the property and of the Booking service

Great location for a 2-day stay, the breakfast was an added bonus, too. However, the room was dark, facing other buildings, the closet doors were damaged, the safe has been locked since we came and, hence, unable to be used. The place have a creepy feeling altogether but the venue is its biggest benefit.

the room was big, old hotel and bathroom but overall it’s a very comfortable stay with kitchenette provided making it convenient to heat up food. Location is at old port so it’s convenient. Aircon is working well.

It’s ok but it does not have all the amenities of a hotel. You need to purchase coffee pods at the reception, the bathroom does not have everything. It’s ok overall especially if you don’t stay for long! We were provided with a room with a kitchenette and on the door it said that there would be additional fees if we used it... maybe it should be specified if it applies to people booking it as a hotel room...

This hotel have wonderful location if you going to stay for weekend, longer it will be boring. Only two rooms have balcony. Breakfast at the hotel 9€ traditional coffee, juice and croissant near will be 6-7,5€ You should be ready that stuff doesn’t speak English!!! There is no daily cleaning in the rooms. There is a kitchen in the room, but if you cook fresh fish bought at the market nearby, you will have to live with its smell for several days, as the garbage will not be taken out. Because stuff on front desk doesn’t speak English, it was not possible for me to get information about no cleaning in the room! When I was waiting for registration, I witnessed how a couple living in the Hotel brought a glass with bug from her room or a clothes louse, I don’t know who it was exactly, but at night they were bitten

Pleasantly surprised at this hotel's location. Reception and staff are very helpful and accomodating - luggage storage is available for early check-in and check-out. The hotel is located 50 metres from the port and is close to the main tourist attractions. The room was a spacious studio apartment with a kitchenette and we had a partial view of the port and the Basilique Notre-Dame on the hill (approx. 30 min walk from the hotel). The neighborhood was also quiet at night and the hotel was a nice place to stay. Good value and would stay there again.
